My experience with this provider has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new provider to look elsewhere, especially if you anticipate needing more than just a routine physical or flu shot. On one occasion, I had a visit specifically to have FMLA paperwork filled out. I was charged $170 for this visit, but the paperwork was never submitted. This prescriber repeatedly was condescending to me through messages in the online patient portal, bolding some sentences from her previous messages, like I don't understand English. Then I thought about checking her online reviews and now I'm not surprised. AdventHealth can do better

The worst office staff I have ever dealt with !!! Extremely rude !! Office staff ( Tonya) ridiculously rude on the phone. I am a nurse for 30 years and worked in an office setting trust me, PLEASE DON’T GO HERE !!! They need to be put out of business !! They just want your money. No professionalism at all !!
