I was so satisfied and impressed with Haskins Law. Jen Haskins was incredibly nice and down to earth, which made the whole experience so comfortable. I consulted Ms Haskins regarding available asset protections when initially preparing to transition my mother from private pay nursing home care to Medicaid. Apparently, Ms Haskins was not aware Medicaid allows the transfer of financial assets (money in bank accounts) in addition to a primary residence from the parent to an adult disabled child. Expensive considering I was doing all the work and initial instructions were confusing and partially incorrect. I will try a different lawyer.
Ms Haskins is a very professional and understanding. She made us feel comfortable in discussing our wills. She was truly thorough in covering all scenarios in regards to our end of life wishes.
