Jennifer was very professional through the whole process of selling our house. She knew what the buyers would ask about or would most likely ask to have done. She was transparent when it came to updating anything that was most important for the sale of our home. We had to make some adjustments on the price due to the economy but she was very helpful making this easy for us to understand. Overall it was a very smooth and easy process.
I have worked with Jenny twice for two different purchases. Each time Jenny made the process easy and found the home that fit our goals. I love her sense of humor and calm demeanor throughout. She is an expert communicator. Her ability to interpret our needs and wants through deep listening skills and patience is a real gift. When it comes to the contract and negotiations, you have a winner in your corner. I highly recommend Jenny!
We are from over 1500 miles away from Denver and had to sell a relative's home in Aurora. Jenn was referred to us by a friend of the family and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided us.
