She is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. Misdiagnosed an acute issue, her staff sent me to a closed imaging center and I ended up in an ER hours later, literally not able to walk from pain. Had Ms. Montague even tried to do her job, I would have been saved tremendous amounts of pain. She is incompetent and should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Practice cancelled my appt. I had a bill from a prior appt. I go once a year. They said they sent bills (during covid when mail is extremely slow and unreliable). I go for a physical & tests, the bill couldn't have been much. They cancelled me after a few months during a pandemic and mass shut downs. They had no idea if I was going through the death of a loved one (which I was!), struggling with work as layoffs were happening around me (which I was!), or moved, or the mail was responsible, or they got the payment posted wron... read more

I became a patient of Dr. Montague's 8 years ago. 2 years ago I was forced to go to another Dr. due to her office not accepting my new Blue Cross plan. Dr. Jennifer told me then if the situation changed to please come back. This year it changed so I called this week for an appointment, and was told by the receptionist that because I left the Office Manager Rhonda said I was no longer welcome. I owe no money. Wish I could get a professional response to my issue!

She is a caring, concerned physician. She goes out of her way to make sure you receive the best care possible.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Montague. She had treated both me and my teenage daughter, and we both love her!
