I have been a client of of hers going on two years now. There is no one else I can talk to because she goes right to the heart of the matter. I will be held accountable and told what I have to hear not what I want to hear. I received practical advice on how to deal with my issues and they are effective to this day. If there is something quite not right about my decisions she will direct me to seek the answer right for me. Very engaging and warm!
Very disappointed with the care I received for my daughters. My daughters experienced very emotionally challenging situations and I was told by Jennifer Mitchell that she would not ask them about it in therapy and if I wanted them to bring it up I needed to tell them to do so on their own. They are both young children and I am seeking therapy to specifically address what they have experienced. Her response times to messages are between 10 days and 2 weeks. This is not typical of a psychologist.
