From the beginning to the end of my appt Jennifer was kind professional and extremely knowledgeable about my condition and informative as to what to do next. All in all a very satisfying experience. Cudos
Jennifer, it was really great meeting you. You’re very intelligent very thorough person. It was great the way you showed in great detail my MRI. That’s typically not what happens at the VA they don’t show you your x-rays or MRIs or anything like that they will read with the radiologist said but I can find that on my own on my healthy vet so it was nice to get a visual understanding of what’s going on with my spine, you’re very professional, caring and thoughtful.
