How dare this woman pass judgement on a patient coming to her for help! From the very beginning of my husbands visit she was condescending, eye rolling & very un-sympathetic to his plight. This man works his hands to the bone every day for his family & customers and tried several methods to help himself before breaking down and admitting defeat and needing the help of a doctor. Dr. McCarthy is an amazing, intelligent, kind, & compassionate family physician. She takes time to really listen to my concerns. She always makes me feel comfortable & cared for while finding solutions for my health needs. And, she always does very thorough follow up visits. I have been her patient for many years & I could not imagine going to anyone else. Thank you, Dr. McCarthy! And, thank you for your caring office support & kind nurses.😊
I Was on hold for 20 minutes before someone even answered the phone. I barely gave them any information and was quickly put on hold again because the nurse needed to address it. Still on hold and have yet to hear from anyone again.
