Personally have always received top notch medical treatment and physician services at myMichigan hospital, clinics and overall (formerly WMH).
We love Jen. We had a different pediatrician elsewhere that we had several issues with including brushing me off with concerns regarding my daughter's digestive issues. We switched to Jen, she really listened to my concerns, made the referral and we learned she had a lot of food allergies. Previous pediatrician refused to even send a referral. Unfortunately I never got to meet the Doctor. I’ve been trying to find a Doctor for all 4 of my children and have been playing ‘phone tag’ with Jen’s receptionist. On my last voicemail I mentioned we may have Covid and my 6 week old had high fevers and I was asking for advice as well as trying to make appointments for the babes. Guess that scared them off because they no longer returned my calls.
