Dr. Smith is a wonderful therapist—the best one I’ve seen. It’s been a few months since I saw her, but I often think of ideas she raised. Those ideas are genuinely helpful in my daily life. And these are things she brought up in the first several sessions—it didn’t take her long at all to direct me toward behaviors that would improve my life. No years of psychoanalysis required. I felt well enough to stop therapy after a few months. If I need therapy again I will not hesitate to contact her.
