My appointment was for 10:30. By 10:50, I was seen by the assistant, had my eyes dilated and numbed, given the routine eye exam, and was told to have a seat. At 11:30, I inquired as to how much longer before I would be seen. I was told it could be another 45 minutes to an hour. The front desk told me that it's because they are specialists. What being a specialist has to do with a two-hour wait is a mystery. Perhaps double and triple booking is the reason? I've been to this office before and have waited a half hour at most. I was very apprehensive in coming here. I didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t sure what was happening. I didnt like the idea that I had to open my eyes that wide which is still painful. I am still waiting for my report and a copy of what I actually have.
