Unprofessional, and lacking basic etiquette or communication skills. I reached out EVERY day for a week. Leaving urgent messages which relayed my distress. I couldn't even get the decency of a call back. When I did recieve a call back I was hung up on when answering my phone. For someone who's livelihood depends on helping people, all she did was add more stress to already horrific situation.
