Great PA and nurse and experience
I am forced to write this review due to the extreme unprofessionallism and actions of Tracy Grathwohl. I went in for a simple examination, post birth, as recommended from my midwife and I was violated. Without asking and without my consent she shoved things inside me while I was unaware of what was going on. She tried to give me a Pap smear against my wishes and I was forced to say please stop I do not want this. After her and staff quickly exited the room. Horrible experience in last couple months after being a patient for years. Tracy is my provider. Will not return calls and told had to call central scheduling which is incorrect delaying important mammogram for months. Staff with no medical background calls way after portal results and are downright rude! They have no knowledge or understanding of what they’re saying and can not and do not want to explain a single thing. Will never go back! Natalie Pigliavento
