Absolutely fantastic group of people. Receptionist, Medical assistant and Nurse Practitioner. Someone actually listened and cared?
This is by far the WORST OBGYN around for so many reasons. Take this review as a warning and DO NOT go here!
Received a call (after hours) that my provider for an upcoming appointment would not be available. They then rescheduled me for a time that would not work (which I expressed) and then hung up on me. I am unable to call back as, once again, they called me after hours to begin with. I understand wanting to get done with work and go home, but treating patients this way is unacceptable
I’m a winter bird and needed an urgent visit in the area. I can’t say enough good needs about this practice. Initial phone call 5*, courteous and was told what I needed to bring. I was able to get appointment for the next day. I received a text reminder and option to fill out paperwork on line, but you can fill out paperwork in person, as well. Just got informed that they overcharged us $3,276 for child birth in 2020, and we are just now being informed. No breakdown or explanation. They were incompetent for 5 years and have zero penalty or accountability for their actions. The sad part is upon picking up the check the staff proceeds to fumble through ~45 other people's checks, some dated 8 to 9 months ago and I saw all the amounts and names.
