This doctor has terrible bed side manners. She made me go through physical therapy visits for 3 months (money grab for them basically) in order to get a medical order done for me and then refused in the end. After I reported her to Atrium Health, they approved me and she told me she would no longer be my doctor by letter. THANK GOD because I had decided she would NEVER be my doctor again as well! Words of advice. You are paying THEM to do a service for YOU. Do not ever allow a doctor to disrespect you or ignore your needs.
I was very happy with my visit, everyone was so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gonzales is the best along with her the team, would recommend you to check out Atrium Health Primary Care Waxhaw Family Medicine you’ll love them too!! Thank you for taking good care of my health!!
