Dr. Lowney is thorough and dedicated. I have confidence in her and the treatment I am getting.
This was by far the WORST experiences I have ever had. My appointment was supposed to start at 2:45pm and I didn’t even get called back till 3:45pm. After the 30 minute mark of waiting I asked the front desk how much longer and she told me “oh yeah she’s behind and has 2 more before you” which should have been communicated to me not only told to me when I asked. Dr. Lowney was very easy to talk to, explained everything very well and I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her.
So happy to have found Dr. Lowney. She was informative and her staff was great.
Dr. Lawney did my surgery and she gave me a very painful recovery. She has no empathy at all. She wants us to suffer. I asked her to give me Experell injection after the surgery since it’s gonna help to ease the pain for 2-3 days. She said she is going to give it to me but she lied. I had my surgery around 8:30am and my pain came around 4pm and it was horrible. She only gave me one pain pill and it didn’t even touch the pain. I was crying all evening until the next day.
