I had the Rezium procedure and it has been a GOD SEND to be able to urinate properly. Please only go are Dr. Lui at Ascent Urology. I couldn't live my life properly without her skill as a surgeon and doctor. THANK YOU DR. LUI!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. first of all, all this clinic is concerned about is capitalizing on vulnerable people who are in need of medical intervention. second, the doctor I went to did not provide a satisfactory consult because I needed to consult other doctor FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY post-visit to figure out what do I actually need to do procedure-wise. Excluding the details, doctor's diagnosis was based on nothing and the fact that I was "too young" to have something serious, after which she ordered a x-ray and an ultrasound.... read more
Both my husband and I have been extremely pleased with our experiences here.
I went here because it closer than the clinic my PCP recommended, and I was able to get an appointment much sooner (1 week out vs a month!), despite it being out of network. Reception/front desk staff were great - timely communication, easy to communicate via phone or email. The clinic is clean and seems well-maintained. Check in/out is quick and efficient. Dr. Liu was friendly, professional, and polite, but I felt like she wasn't as thorough with her care as I would've liked, and she didn't seem particularly sympathetic. I ... read more
