I have been with Allstate in North Pole for more than 15 years. They have always been very helpful, whether it is explaining services, making recommendations or just helping with changes on my account. I appreciate all they do and would highly recommend checking out the Allstate team from North Pole Alaska for your insurance needs.

My insurance policy was great until it wasn’t. Ended on a bitter note with the receptionist Kenzie, arguing with me over the phone about whose fault it was that my address wasn’t updated and no one notified me my policy needed to be renewed. No call or text, just one vague email. I called to renew my policy and she told me she couldn’t because it’s been too long and then she proceeds to argue with me over the phone about whose fault it is about my address not being updated. Ms.Jen and her team answers all my questions in a timely manner.I am always treated with respect. When I had a claim they worked fast to get it taken care of I was amazed as to how fast I got the claim settled truly an awesome agent.
