So fed up with this doctor. If my family member didn't have so much trouble getting into a doctor (ex: transportation, mobility issues) we would definitely switch to a new physician and still might. After her 1st most recent appt, which cost $600 to get w/c accessable transport, and then Dr.Lui made us wait 2 HOURS... NO EXAGGERATION! 2 hours with an elderly woman with dementia and severe social anxiety, never goes out of the house. Been a patient of Dr. Liu's for years. She always takes the time to listen to me and never rushes me. She asks all the important questions and offers advice for help without shaming. I enjoy her as a doctor.
My husband has welts all over his body. He had an e visit yesterday morning and was told they would refer him to a dermatologist. It never happened even after 2 calls today. He's now going to an urgent care cause the doctor's people never responded and did what they were supposed to do. I know this isn't Dr. Liu, but the people working with her never did what they said they would do, which was getting him a dermatologist appt. We need to know if he's contagious.
My parents love going to Dr. Liu! She makes them feel at ease and heard in all their appointments. She truly takes her time to ask all the important questions and remembers little details about us/our family. We feel comfortable coming to her with all of our concerns, whether it’s big or little. I would recommend Dr. Liu to anyone! Her nurses and the staff at the Millard Clinic are always kind and welcoming too.
