All people I had contact with were excellent - kind and competent. WVU Medicine was the problem. I got a text telling me my appointment was at 3:05 ( it was at 3:20) and was I waiting in the lobby. I rushed to get to the office at 3:00. Thought I made a mistake. I don’t need incorrect reminders.
Dr. Jennifer Leavitt and her team, Charity and Jamie are always so personable and relatable and they each make me feel that my healthcare and well-being are important to them. Additionally, the student doctors, Nicole and John, were very kind and caring in showing care for my health issues. I appreciate each of them for their care for my health. Thank you very much!
I think she is good at what she does and everybody there is nice she has a great staff
