My daughter and I (53 y/o & 23 y/o) have been a 10+ year patients of Dr. Jennifer Laing; First and foremost, she is phenomenal and an awesome listener, you may THINK she’s not taking in everything you’re saying, but believe me, she’ll touch back on something (you forgot) and you find yourself sitting in a Specialty Doctors office getting treatment . Dr Laing is a great doctor. I am 74 years old and have had many doctors over the years in at least 5 states, big cities and small. She is extremely thorough and personable. She diagnosed my emphysema, even though I thought the rattle in my lungs was just allergies. She even met me before office hours at my car when I had a case of bronchitis during Covid. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those new to the area. I have been seeing her for over 5 years.
I have never seen Dr. Laing. I see her NP Michelle. Who is nice but hesitant to really help me with the only reason I am needing to meet with a physician. But today I have had enough I could deal with a reluctant NP but the receptionist that sits on her phone all day and never answers the office phone feels inconvienanced to schedule your appointments, does not want to return your phone calls after multiple messages and attempts, trying to get them to check your insurance is like an act of congress and she has no respect. I changed to Dr. Laing a little over a month ago!! She is an amazing provider and listened to all of my concerns. She 100% cares about her patients and her staff is very accommodating.
