This review is not for Dr Rise directly but her practice. First, I made a new patient appointment and waited 2 months. My appointment day arrived, I got to the office, got in the room THEN was told Dr Rise is retiring next month! WHAT!? I was referred directly to her. Why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment, or when they confirmed the appointment, or when I checked in for the appointment. Dr Rise is the best primary care doctor ever. I don't go to any other McLaren providers and she is fine with that. I highly recommend her.
I like Dr. Rise! I do not like their System! Takes forever to get through to make an appointment! Also I have always had to wait past my appointment time! Had an MRI 2 weeks ago! Nobody has gotten back with the Results!
Dr. Rise and everyone in her office with whom I've had interaction are friendly, helpful, understanding, and kind. Dr. Rise is attentive, doesn't stand at the door with her hand on the knob waiting to leave. She sits down and talks with her patients. My wife and I love her bedside manner. Thanks Doc!
