Jenn, as the branch manager, inherited our loan under somewhat adversarial terms. We had pulled our loan from Jeff Titus for dropping the ball. We were going elsewhere. Jenn asked if she could retain our business and promised to take care of us. A promise she struggled with, not too honest. I wish we had gone elsewhere.
