Had a great experience working with Jenn in buying our first home! She has so much experience and was great at explaining things to us. You can tell she cares about her clients and making sure the financial side of things work out with set budgets. She went the extra mile for us multiple times! I recommend her to everyone!

Jenn, as the branch manager, inherited our loan under somewhat adversarial terms. We had pulled our loan from Jeff Titus for dropping the ball. We were going elsewhere. Jenn asked if she could retain our business and promised to take care of us. A promise she struggled with, not too honest. I wish we had gone elsewhere. A few days prior to closing, Jenn made an error, amongst the many (we were a very simple loan to do as well). The amount of cash to close kept changing throughout the loan production as expected.
