We were referred to meet with Jennifer (psychologist) by Fairview Masonic Childrens Hospital. She schedule a virtual appointment with us on Thu, 10/30 @ 5pm, she was 15 minutes late to start with. When she joined she asked if we could share how and what we think is going on with our son, I asked if I could talk as my wife has MS, has a hard time remembering things and is very quiet, my wife agreed and prefers I talk. Constantly late to appointments and does nothing to change her behavior and puts in on her patients instead of being accountable to the schedule she sets. She scheduled an appointment outside of our agreed schedule with my daughter who is 7 and tried to charge me a fee for not showing up to said appointment and tried blaming my husband. Yet again no accountability.
