Was referred by Attorney search network through the state bar. I never spoke with this Attorney, as I gave my information to the rudest most condescending assistant? He treated me as if I was interrupting his day. I gave 2 stars for your backup dancer.
Attorney Nagel has a very inviting, comforting and pleasant voice. She instantly put me at ease when I called to ask some questions about my son's conservator case. She answered all of my questions effectively, concisely, and thoroughly and even pointed me to additional resources to aid me through my case. I don't currently have an attorney, but if I ever need one, I have found her. She is highly recommended. Thank you again for your guidance. Blessings. Pearl
VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE !
I live in Canada and I was interested in out of country conservatorship, for a family member. I booked a consultation with Jennifer Nagel and found her very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. She provided me with specific information and valuable insight into my situation. I was made aware of options I had not considered. I would not hesitate to be in touch with her for a follow up appointment or to become a client. ` ` ` `
Jennifer Nagel was unprofessional from the start, even speaking to me while driving. She barely answered my questions, only double talked most of the time. But since the State Bar referred me to her, I thought she would help me. I was wrong. I spoke to a man often on the phone, he was friendly but inept. He repeatedly claimed he'd send the receipts & a work agreement, but never did. Even after requesting it several times. I NEVER DID GET ANY PROOF FROM THEM! NO RECEIPT, NO AGREEMENT!
