I have been trying to reach Dr. Knox since she left Mercy.. Can someone please call me or what is Dr. Knox office number to call. Dr. Knox was a phenomenal doctor and I would love to have her back..
Re: Dr. Jennifer Knox D.O. I’ve seen her for a pretty long time. She is professional without being stuffy. Listens to my issues & either treats or gives referrals & makes good suggestions as to my treatments & meds. I make sure she gets all my labs, etc. from all my docs. She was at Mercy (closer to home) & I followed her to St Lukes (much farther away). She’s that good. She is unique in the fact that she works with your specialists to coordinate all, meds, symptoms, etc. I have 3 serious autoimmune diseases & she works well... read more
Mediocre care. Hard to connect with..
Dr. Knox is phenomenal, but getting in contact with her is IMPOSSIBLE. I know that's not her fault personally, but honestly, I have no idea her location or phone number anymore. I had a prescription rejected and I don't even know who to call. I left a voicemail at their office number just now, but she wasn't listed as a physician. Dr. Knox.......you're incredible and amazing. But PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE improve your office staff and organization.
