I saw Dr Defazio today and she was excellent. Very friendly. She explained everything thoroughly. I wasn’t rushed. She suggested skin products for my face.
Dr. DeFazio was recommended to me by my MSK oncological surgeons Dr. Bello and Dr. Coriddi. Dr. DeFazio’s examination was thorough and thoughtful. She recognized pre-cancerous warning signs that a previous dermatologist (not affiliated with MSK) had overlooked. I am grateful to have Dr. DeFazio as my oncological dermatologist on a stellar team of MSK health care providers.
Dr. DeFazio is a wonderful person and highly skilled doctor. I’ve been a patient of Dr. DeFazio for about 5 years. She is the most caring doctor I’ve ever met.. I’ve had over 50 operations for skin cancer in my life at a number of doctors but I am so happy I found her. The reason I was looking for a new doctor is because my previous one felt he couldn’t do the operation because I didn’t have enough skin left for sutures.
