I first met Dr Bess when my mom lived with me from 2018-2020. And even though she does not have much of a personality. She was fine for my mom. Then I scheduled my appts with her. Nothing out of the ordinary and again, not much of bed side manner, but she was fine. Well once I became 65 and signed up for Medicare (and an Advantage program), I show up for an appt only to be sent home because Dr Bess does not take patients from Devoted because they take too long to pay her. I have been a patient of Dr. Bess for over 8 years. I have always gotten compassionate and professional care from her. Dr. Bess answers all my questions. When I leave her office if I think of a question later I get a prompt reply to my email.
