Dr. Bepple was great. She listened and was very gentle and comforting when she did a procedure. When I was diagnosed with kidney cancer she was very supportive.

I've been seeing Dr. Bepple for over three years and I just adore her and her staff. She is very attentive and is aggressive and cautious in her treatment of my bladder issues. I feel very safe and confident in her hands.

The doctor rushed through my exam and I felt as though she did not spend enough time listening and answering my questions. She seemed nice, but that's not enough for me. I desire a doctor that listen and does not talk to me as they are walking out the door. This was my first and last visit.

Dr Beppel, treated my IC with not just mediciations, also with diet and lists of foods and drinks to be cautious with my bladder condition. I now know what triggers my flare ups and can control them myself before they become very painful.

While Dr. Bepple has a great personality and seems easy to talk to. Appointments seemed rushed with her, she basically said she didn't know what was wrong with me and left me to my own devices. Her office staff is atrocious and they clearly do not know what they are doing. They didn't even know how to print a receipt!
