I brought my daughter in with a high fever, lots of tests were ordered and completed. We left at 9:50 am. A prescription for an antibiotic was ordered and instead of having it filled in Ada, they sent it to Moorhead. I was given the run around at every call, told I’d be called back and ended up calling after over an hour, only to be met with no compassion or apologies for their mess up. Extremely rude nurse, she should find another profession, zero compassion, for patient and family. Was made to leave my wife's side because I simply asked the nurse to look in her chart to see what type of port she had and whether it could be used foe a test. And for that I was kicked out of her room. These people forget who is the customer and who is paying the bill.

Eric Jacobson was great! He answered all my questions and the communication has been amazing! I have a busy schedule and having a doctor that responds quickly makes all the difference. Everything has been above and beyond the service I have experienced anywhere else.

My primary doctor there is GREAT but when I went in for serious issue to another provider due to immediate needs they were totally in responsive after ultra sound test done at saint marys I pleaded for results and got no response for something that could need immediate treatment What’s going on Essentia lakeside? You are getting too many negative reviews

Drs Rocha, Wolbrink, PA Caldwell, don't tell you whats going on, give you dangerous medication for benign arrhythmia and some of nursing staff really sucks. Sent complaint to nursing board about abusive nurse never heard back. Changed care to St Luke's, smart move.

I went in complaining both my hands felt like they had been run over by a steamroller. The pain was keeping me up at night. My thought was carpal tunnel. I asked for an EMG and was told they were expensive. I told him I didn't care I still wanted one. Ryan did not think I had carpal tunnel. After the EMG - OMG - mild to moderate in my right hand and moderate to severe in my left hand. Listen to your patients Ryan, they are the ones experiencing the pain. The clinic is amazing. I love my doctor. But since Darin (the pharmacist) left to another Essentia pharmacy, the pharmacy is AWFUL! I’m about to have my scripts sent somewhere else. It has been a complete sh*t show. Also 2 of the pharm techs left also because Darin is gone. He was a HUGE HUGE loss to the clinic. He’d been there for years and was amazing. Knew all his patients. And would go above and beyond for any one of them.
