I had an extremely upsetting and exploitative experience with notary Jennifer Kwok. After recently losing my husband, I contacted her office for help removing his name from our home title. I was grieving, vulnerable, and unsure of the process, but she came recommended, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, there was no greeting, no introduction—nothing. Jennifer is very efficient and knowledgeable. My experiences with her for the past two transactions last 2 months were positive and satisfactory.
Spent so many hours phoning around, looking for decent notary in tri -city area for 2days with no returning calls nor service provided, this place quickly gave me the information I needed and got the thing done in just an hour. Very efficient service, knowledgeable staff, prices are clearly shown, convenient location, etc… Thank You Jennifer!
The place is convenient and Jennifer was flexible on meeting which was great and made things easier. One thing I would suggest is she double check some of the work which she has more expertise on. For example , we were asked to witness and attest our friends new baby for birth certificate purposes . We went there in May with the witness letter and was notarized.
