I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Every staff member that I have dealt with has been rude, abrupt, unprofessional, argumentative and absolutely no help in addressing my needs. In addition, their unkempt appearences, from wrinkled uniforms to uncombed hair and numerous piercings adds to the overall lack of professionalism. I agree, I continue to go to Dr Flor because of his service. He is very intelligent and offers great care to his patients. I have had to deal with Teresa as well and she makes my blood boil. It was funny to read that because I thought I was the only one!
