The practice was helpful and efficient throughout my two visits. The Doctor was personable and had a desire to ensure I left treated and with all my questions answered. Recommended. Thank you.
I was disappointed with our visit. Yes, everyone was friendly but it seemed as if they just wanted to take my money without service. I was visiting SC on vacation and my son had an ingrown toenail so we purposely looked for a podiatrist to fix it. Dr Kern just put a bandaid on, wrote a prescription for antibiotic just in case and told is to see a Podiatrist when we get home? Why couldn’t she fix it there? I even asked what the process was? My 10-year-old daughter had a terrible case of ingrown toenails that required an expert to fix. We found that expert in Dr. Kern. Not only did she do a superb job fixing the problem with an in-patient procedure, she talked clearly, calmly and directly to my daughter and communicated clearly with us both. I wouldn't hesitate to go to her in the future. She entirely worth driving across town. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kern and her staff! Quality Care: Efficient and kind!
Dr. Kern treats everyone with respect, the office never overbooks, she talks to you as if she has known you your entire life. She remembers personal things about you and your family to strike up a conversation. She's knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I highly recommend her.
