Very happy with her! She successfully diagnosed and treated a long-standing issue I’ve been dealing with, and also helpfully recommended me to the appropriate specialist. Conversational and approachable bedside manner.
Dr. Keiner is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I highly recommend her for her expertise, bedside manner and professionalism.
Sent Dr. Keiner a My Chart message to call with urgent issues. 3 weeks later, still no call. Tried to schedule appointment... first available date was 8 MONTHS out..?? what?? HORRIBLE way to treat your patients.
The office is does not show patience or empathy toward it’s patients. My experience left me surprised it took months to get an appointment. I will not be returning. Would not recommend.
