I used to see Dr. Keah at this office and I’m glad I switched to a different practice. I’m disgusted by the negligence displayed by this practice. Phone lines turned off when the office is still supposed to be open, a defunct prescription refill line, and ignored messages all resulting in my family member going through withdrawals from their medication because Dr. Keah refuses to respond to medication refill requests. The Staff is incredibly helpful and kind!!! I’ve been with Dr. Keah for a few years, she is smart, kind and through !!!

I went to Dr. Keah with a painful skin flare up of some sort that I have struggled with for the last few years and after five minutes of talking to me, she dismissively wrote a prescription for a topical cream and told me to put baby powder on the area to keep it dry- without really listening to me and barely asking any questions.
