Dr. Jennifer Kay Plichta repeatedly asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment during our visit, stating she was uncomfortable being in the room with me. She never reviewed my chart before entering, and she repeatedly minimized the reason for my visit to her high-risk breast cancer clinic by insisting that "all women have breast pain"—despite me asking multiple times not to minimize my concerns. I had a lump in my breast. It was there on my second visit. Dr. Plichta didn’t want to take it out. She agreed to an ultra sound. I was sent to have it done and the doctor told me it needs taken out. I explained that Dr. Plichta didn’t think it needed to be taken out. He said it does and he will call her. Went back to see her and she denied the whole thing and said the ultra sound doctor never called her. If I could give negative stars, it would be -10 stars.
