While I’m grateful Dr. Lowney accurately diagnosed me back in 2018, I’m still mad that she / her staff failed to let me know before I drove all the way to Plano and paid my copay that she wasn’t able to provide maintenance treatment and that I’d have to find a gastroenterologist. I spent maybe 3 minutes with her and was so upset about the waste of time and money. They knew why I was setting up the appointment and failed to tell me over the phone, so I felt very ripped off.
