I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Blakemore. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always respectful of your time. Her staff is very responsive and always on top of things. I’m so happy I found her and truly appreciate having her guide my care!
The staff at her office is extremely rude and condescending. They keep threatening to canceled my scheduled appointment at my expense expecting me to pay $75 for an appointment that I didn’t even have
I hate to write this review for the doctor because the doctor is very kind and professional, but I am at my wits end. I've been given forms to sign including a financial responsibility form. No insurance/billing staff has reached out to me for two weeks. As the forms were close to expiring I reached out to them myself. I have reached out to their patient care coordinator, scheduling staff, billing line in both of their locations, I've left four messages with their answering service.
