I hate to write this review for the doctor because the doctor is very kind and professional, but I am at my wits end. I've been given forms to sign including a financial responsibility form. No insurance/billing staff has reached out to me for two weeks. As the forms were close to expiring I reached out to them myself. I have reached out to their patient care coordinator, scheduling staff, billing line in both of their locations, I've left four messages with their answering service. I have never met a doctor as kind, patient, loving, and nurturing as Dr. Blakemore. This is an extremely vulnerable and often difficult process. When we went through our challenging times Dr. Blakemore allowed us to be as sad as we needed and held space to heal and continue. She never made us feel rushed and always offered wise insights. A trans and queer inclusive provider, Dr. Blakemore offers the highest quality of care. She's passionate, empathetic, thorough, and amazing at what she does. Working with Dr. Blakemore represented the best experience I've had with a medical provider; I cannot recommend her highly enough.
