Jennifer was rude and unprofessional. When we asked questions, her answers were short and uncooperative to the point of being rude. It's almost as if she didn't even care that we are giving her our business and instead acted like she's doing us a big favor by even responding to us. She used to answer tersely with one sentence or say a few words and then blank silence.
