Recently participated in a 2 day leadership summit in Calgary: if you’ve ever been to one of these, you know the manufactured, hum-drum experience that we all typically expect. Well folks, this was not that. Highly curated with thoughtful spaces, this event was designed for high levels of collaboration and fluid networking. The space was set up to encourage movement which was such a pleasant consideration. I’ve never seen an event of this nature run so smoothly and feel so inviting.
