Doesn't communicate to the VA nor staff to let future client's know where to go or how to be able to attend to future appointments whether its electronic or traditional. Quite disappointed and sad that the staff wasn't sure where her new location was at or if she was still practicing. This speaks a lot on professionalism and character. I'm concerned since I wasn't the only client being turned away who was referred by her. Please if you are a VA patient to ask for a different provider.
