I am absolutely NOT happy with the service received from this practioner today. I understand there is often a wait in urgent care but to be kept waiting for over an hour for the results of a 15 minute test is ridiculous. When my wife went to see what was taking so long 2 nurses were chit chatting in one office while this woman, the practioner, was in a second office on her computer. One of the worst doctors I've have encountered. Left us waiting for over 2 1/2 hours after a 15 minute test. Did not listen to what I told her but insisted on tests that were not needed. She wanted to do a chest x-ray for a head cold. She would not give me the steroid shot that was successful the last time I had the same problem. She wanted to test my blood pressure for third time, in spite of my now irate condition.
