Your male insurance agent is rude and likes to raise his voice at people. I would never call this office again.
Called to ask if I still needed a quote. Said not right now then got a click, no have a nice day or if you need anything let me know.
I didn't speak to Jennifer, but I have in the past & she was helpful.
Had this group for years, could not ask for any better.
Jennifer, was extremely giving with her time to assist me in a non-insurance matter, I needed a notary to stamp some documentation. Even though I was not a customer Jennifer took the time to help me out! The office staff is very pleasant as well, call and get a quote!
