Bill was incredibly rude when we asked for a quote and hung up on us. When he did finally send the quote, he put incorrect information in, despite us confirming with him what it should be. We will be transferring to a different location because of this.
Your male insurance agent is rude and likes to raise his voice at people. I would never call this office again.
Called to ask if I still needed a quote. Said not right now then got a click, no have a nice day or if you need anything let me know.
I didn't speak to Jennifer, but I have in the past & she was helpful.
Had this group for years, could not ask for any better.
