Dr. Hinkle is absolutely amazing. I have seen all of the staff that works with her and they are all phenomenal. I absolutely love how they use MyChart. Multiple times, Dr. Hinkle has responded to my messages over weekends if I needed a refill or had a question. It is so rare to find a care team and PCP that you love, but Dr. Hinkle and Dr. Koonce are my favorites. I am thankful for the front desk receptionists, the PAs and MAs in the office as well. I have listed Dr. Jennifer Hinkle as my PCP for a few years. Often I see a nurse practitioner, Stephanie Calloway, as well. Dr. Hinkle has a stellar reputation among many people, my social circle included; however, my recent experience has yet to corroborate that opinion. I have learned that Dr. Hinkle's office continues to be unresponsive to multiple requests from a specialist for test results that have been available since Oct. 5, 2022.
