As a first time home buyer, Jennifer was wonderful and always helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns at any time of day. She handled our home buying process without any hiccups and was very easy to work with from start to finish while being very transparent with options or concerns she had when we were looking at homes. She knows her stuff and the home we settled on is great.
Jennifer did a great job helping us fine a home in our price range and when it was a sellers market. We are active duty military and weren’t planning to buy a home. When we moved the rental prices were significantly higher than mortgage payments. So we decided to buy instead of rent, which means we were kind of in a hurry since we were living out of our travel trailer. August 2024. My wife and I just bought our first home. We were obviously excited but a bit uninformed. Jennifer filled us with confidence through our home buying process with her deep understanding due to her years of experience. I actually spoke with her today, even though the house had closed. I've known Jennifer for a few years now, absolutely love her! I highly recommend her if you need an experienced real estate agent that knows the local market, and is fun to work with.
Jennifer is so patient, understanding and thoughtful. She had great input to help us through our unique selling situation and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. She will be involved in any of my future real estate needs, no doubt!!
