I have been going to Jennifer’s studio since she opened and what I love about the place is the vibe. No high pressure, no guilting. What you get with Jennifer is a great workout patterned after the Lotte Berk Method which Jennifer is trained in. The studio is small and comfortable. She fosters a stress free, supportive and friendly atmosphere Jennifer is a trained dancer and is extremely knowledgeable.
