It's a shame because the product seems nice but the people that work for their company seam horrible
I purchase a sectional on November 29, 2019 and was told 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I called and was offered a refund or to wait a little longer. I decided to wait. After calling back, I was told I would get it by the end of March or early April. Now I want a refund since it has been so long and with the crisis, it would just be easier for the company considering the situation. However, I cannot get in contact with anyone. I ordered baby blue and received sea green or maybe mint green . The couch is comfortable and the pull out bed is really easy to pull out and put back in .over all I like the couch and love seat set but hattttteee the color
