Very disappointed as Jennifer came recommended by someone else. I called and left a message on 5-15-23 wanting to schedule a styling service. No one returned my call for 2 days. To give the salon the benefit of the doubt, I called back on 5-17 and the mailbox is now full. No way to reach someone, no one calling back, no message on their phone service stating they're out of town or dealing with an emergency - this is not the way to treat current or future clients.

Jennifer is awesome to say the least. I really love what she’s done to my hair. And she is incredibly easy to talk to. She made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely be going back.

After reading excellent reviews, I made an appointment with Jennifer. I am very fussy about my hair and who colors/styles it. Jennifer did awesome color/balayage .. I love my hair!!! I highly recommend.
