I would give Jennifer 5 stars all day long, but I had to make an appointment to see her to get my meds straightened out. I called and talked to someone from their service TWICE and they still had it all screwed up. The service is what I’m giving the low score to. That service is a waste of money! I shouldn’t have to go see the Dr every time something comes up that a quick phone call could/should take care of, but I guess that’s what I have to do. At least Jennifer is awesome, so I guess it’s ok.
Always a pleasant experience! Thanks for cleaning my ear. I had no idea how bad it was. Hearing good now! And had my Mamagram at Winamac, but Laporte called me to come there. I like Winamac better. Less time consuming! Thanks .
