I called this office and the lady that answered the phone was very, very rude. I ciuldnt understand what she was saying so I asked if it was the North Judson office and she kept saying hello..mam what do you need? I said I need to know if this is the North Judson office she said yes but hold on, hold on first mam we are both adults so lets act like it and I started to talk again and she cut me off again. I absolutely love the whole office! First thing, I came to my appt an hour early (bc I forgot they're in a different time zone than I am). They were able to fit me in, so I did not have to wait that extra hour. On top of that, they (the whole team) always have a smile on their faces and kind words to make you feel good inside. I see Jennifer Frasure. She is so amazing! She listens to whats going on, and makes sure you feel heard. She goes above and beyond in my opinion. Jennifer is and has always been wonderful with my son and myself for years! She is the most caring, kind, professional, just an excellent NP! All the Ladies in the office are kind and helpful, which make our appt.s great. Thank you! We highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Very happy about that as I need an antibiotic prescription for the problem I was having. Within a couple of days I am feeling much better. The people at this office are great. They get you in and out quickly with great results. Very happy with the whole staff.
