Waste of time. This surgeon moves at a snails pace, misses tele-health appointments, fails to respond and fails to give staff forward moving information needed for patient to get the help they need. Months of in the dark for this slack. Do not ask me to reach out, as my fingers are still healing from the calls already made to Banner Health prior to this review.
I saw Dr. Preston in the beginning of August due to my condition called MALS. she was soooo understanding of this rare issue and offered all the help I needed which included a dietician referral, gastroenterology referral and more. Once getting established with her I was able to schedule my mals surgery which I had yesterday! I have all good things to say about Dr Preston and her whole team. Well what can I say about this amazing surgeon. Very talented and kind. I had esophageal cancer and she basically saved my life. She had to remove my esophagus and used most of my stomach as an esophagus. I was scared to death of this 10 hour surgery but thank God she was my surgeon. Her entire team was amazing, especially Kellie
Personally terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend. No follow up after surgery, spiked fever after no call back and weeks to get call back. Went to ER twice. Don't have a post op issue as it doesn't seem important. I didn't matter as a person. Turn and burn surgery.. .on to the next.
I have to share what an amazing and caring surgeon Dr. Preston is. She did my double hernia repair and a lipoma removal from my leg. The lipoma was a big one, trapped in the muscle and near my sciatic nerve. I needed someone with great expertise to remove it. She got it all out! It is often hard to find doctors who truly care, but thankfully I found her. She has the utmost experience and for that I am healing well.
