My 70 yr old mother has been seeing for alzheimer, we needed a form filled out from Dr Matos for senior conect and staff Erica said that the Dr will fill it out, we had a deadline date to turn this letter in and we called several times, 2 days prior to the deadline I called and they said that she cannot fill it out, and they lie saying they called 2 times leaving voice messages that i never got, not adding more things like canceling appointments at the last minute and making excuses like,,,, we spoke to your mother to cancel... read more

STAY AWAY from Jennifer E. Matos-Rodriguez. She is the works doctor who is not transparent with her patient. She does not read medical reports and if you question her then she will REMOVE YOU from the CLINIC. She is dishonest. She is SOOOOO RUDE with her elderly patience and she has no patience when she talks. She refuse to answer any questions. I would give her 0 stars. If you want to get well then PLEASE READ THIS NOTE AND DO NOT GO TO HER!
Very caring, kind doctor. Very thorough! I went from 18+ migraines a month to zero, sometimes a few months in a row. I highly recommend her!
