Our experience with the provider was good. Unfortunately the office cancelled my son's appointments after having a lengthy discussion with one of their office managers that he needed to keep his weekly schedule and was assured that would be the case. Then on the day of the cancelled appointment I called and spoke to the front desk who assured me they understood my concern and would have the office manager call me the next day as they left already. It really pains me to write this review; the clinicians are fantastic. My son saw a therapist regularly and had a psych eval performed. Experiences were great. But...the billing department has been a bear to deal with. I completely understand why drs offices require a credit card on file these days...because insurance companies are no friend to doctors and patients alike. However, if that is the policy going forward, I'd expect billing/customer service to be courteous, helpful, and expedient when problems arise. Now mind you... read more
