It really pains me to write this review; the clinicians are fantastic. My son saw a therapist regularly and had a psych eval performed. Experiences were great. But...the billing department has been a bear to deal with. I completely understand why drs offices require a credit card on file these days...because insurance companies are no friend to doctors and patients alike. However, if that is the policy going forward, I'd expect billing/customer service to be courteous, helpful, and expedient when problems arise. Now mind you... read more
